a shy young woman, branded an alcoholic, is forced to attend regular AA meetings and work a job collecting charitable donations door to door for a not-so charitable organization. in AA she feels alienated by the group leader who is more concerned with hearing himself speak than listen to anyone else's problems. slowly she builds up her courage and hits the road, leaving everything behind. on the way she meets 2 young men that are all too similar to her tainted past, and she finds herself walking down the road she tried to leave behind...

she chooses to release change through her own self-destruction.
