Paragon Webb follows the life of Dagon Webb, a recent parole as he tries to get his life back together after spending most of his young life behind bars. On the outside, however, he finds that living a normal life is nearly impossible. The world he is reborn into is on the verge of nuclear war, a manicured cabalist has emerged and is leading a fanatic drove into constructing a vast underground fallout shelter, and Dagon is violently wrenched into a dream world of cracked earth where he is visited by a fractured divine spirit who claims to be humanities only hope of survival.

Adapting to his new world is going to tough, and surviving in it is going to be nearly impossible.
